CANADIAN ORDERS:
The fax number as well as our toll free number do not work for Canada.  Please email us your order, call us  (440-834-1105) or send your order through the mail.

REFUND POLICY:
MaryRuth Books stands behind all of our products.  If for any reason you are not thoroughly satisfied with your purchase, please return the merchandise to us and we will exchange it or refund the purchase price.  Your shipping costs are not refundable.

SALES TAX:
MaryRuth Books, Inc. does not charge sales tax for all orders outside of Ohio.  In Ohio, please provide us with your tax exempt number and we will gladly take off the tax from your order.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
MaryRuth Books ships via UPS.  We therefore cannot deliver shipments to PO Boxes. The rate for shipping and handling:
$0.00-$75                 $7.50
$75.00-$1000          10% of total order 
$1000-$2000            8%  of total order
$2000-$3000            5%  of total order
All orders over $3000 the shipping and handling charges will be waived.


APO Orders:  All orders to APO adresses must go by U.S. Mail.  The delivery time is variable as it is Military Mail and goes whenever there is "space available".

Canadian Orders:  All customs or other  import duties and fees are your responsibility, and we are unable to include these fees in our invoice or on your credit card charge.

School Orders:  If you are having your order shipped to school, please confirm that your school will be open for delivery!  If your order is returned to us because your school is closed, you will incur an extra shipping charge.
